Alexa Berry

Alexa is a licensed mental health counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Assumption University, with concentrations in Child and Family Interventions. Alexa primarily works with teens and adults, with a particular interest in supporting women as they navigate life’s transitions, relationships, parenting, motherhood, and the many demands of daily life. She also works with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, adjustment challenges, self-esteem concerns, and family-related challenges. Alexa believes therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. Her approach is person-centered and collaborative, with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy often incorporated to help you develop practical skills and a deeper understanding of the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be affecting your everyday life. Alexa tailors treatment to each client and draws from different therapeutic approaches based on your individual needs and goals. Her background also includes early intervention, where she supports families of children with medical complexities and developmental delays.
